CLFMA seminar in Pune on March 5: Discussion on challenges and future of poultry industry

Pune:The Livestock Industry Association of India (CLFMA of India) is organizing a seminar on “Poultry in India: Current Challenges and the Way Forward” on 5th March 2025 at the Ramai Grand Hotel, Pune.

Salient highlights of the seminar
Welcome Address: To be delivered by Mr. Divya Kumar Gulati, Chairman, CLFMA of India.
Technical Session: Dr. Someshwar Jhadbuke (Godrej Agrovet Ltd.) will deliver a talk on current challenges in poultry nutrition.

Mr. Amiya Nath (from Jaffa Feeds) will discuss the problems faced by poultry entrepreneurs.

Dr. Aleem Khan Pathan (from Vimala Feeds Pvt. Ltd.) will discuss the changing scenario of processing in India with the attendees.

Dr. Sandeep Guha (Bunge): Will participate in the discussion on feed ingredients, problems and prospects in India.

Dr. Mukund Kadam, Nagpur (MAFSU): Will express his views on scope of research and academic collaboration.

Panel Discussion and Expert Participation
The 25-minute panel discussion will also be attended by experienced experts from the poultry industry, including Prof. Dr. A. S. Ranade (Former Head of Department, Poultry Science, Mumbai Veterinary College), Dr. Ajay Deshpande (Director, Siddhivinayak Poultry Breeding Farm), Dr. Dinesh Bhosale (Former Chairman, CLFMA of India), Dr. R. S. Masali (AVP Nutrition, Godrej Agrovet) Ltd.) Mr. Divya Kumar Gulati (Chairman, CLFMA of India) will also be present and grace the event.

Vote of thanks will be delivered by: Mr. Sameer Chotai (President, East Zone, CLFMA of India) and Moderator: Dr. Saikat Saha (President, West Zone, CLFMA of India).

The seminar will be attended by a number of experts and businessmen from the poultry industry who will deliberate upon the current problems and future prospects of the industry.
